Aquatic Center Overview

FitLife is happy to offer a heated, indoor swimming pool, a rarity in the Philadelphia area.  Enjoy the warm and inviting environment of our serene 60' x 30' heated pool and whirlpool.  An ideal setting for fitness and rehabilitation alike, our aquatic center provides our members and patients with an appealing alternative to land-based exercise. 

• Aquacize:
  Aquacize will boost your energy with a variety of moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercises, muscular endurance drills, and core strengthening, all in the water! Class times and instructor information can be found on our group exercise class schedule.
• Lap Swimming:
  Lap swimming is available in the lap lane a majority of the time, with the exception of when Aquacize is in session.  Additionally, Aquatic Physical Therapy operates from 9:00am until 12:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 12:30pm-3:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During this time, the lap lane remains open for lap swimming while Aquatic Physical Therapy is in session.

Our aquatic center opens when the facility opens in the morning.  To give our members a chance to change and shower before closing, we close the pool and whirlpool 30 minutes prior to the time FitLife closes for the night. See our hours of operation to plan your visit!
