**Sonia will begin instructing this class on Monday, 8/31! This class will be offered in-person in the group exercise studio (class size limited to 10 participants)! A sign-in sheet will be placed at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class beginning. Please sign-in before proceeding to the group exercise studio!

Classical Flow Yoga

This class encompasses all aspects of life and aims to achieve a higher level of consciousness by practicing the Eight Fold Path of Yoga. All levels are welcome! Modifications will be provided for beginners as well as more challenging alternatives for the intermediate to advanced student. This class is a  balanced offering of effort and surrender in the poses, created with the intention of leaving you feeling more balanced.

HIIT Bootcamp

This challenging H.I.I.T. workout is for all levels, and includes athletic strength training and military style drills. Studies show that starting your day with a workout pays dividends for the rest of the day. Everything from your metabolic rate to your overall demeanor is positively affected by an early morning workout. Correct movement techniques are stressed and the instructor will show modifications for all levels.

Come and enjoy this invigorating workout! Improve your strength and flexibility, while learning to move with greater ease and efficiency. Using classical Pilates movements, this class focuses on the six key Pilates principles of breath, centering, mindfulness, control, precision and flowing movements. Step Barre Circuit

Join Kate for the Step Barre Circuit class on Saturdays for a workout sure to hit every body part! While implementing elements of a classic barre class, you will use our fitness equipment to mimic use of a barre, all while sculpting, toning and stretching your entire body in a circuit-style workout. This energizing and targeted workout will leave you challenged and motivated.
